Christophe preferes a "season cook" and a "market cook", with a regular evolution of all the dishes.
He's member of 3 associations of Chefs : "Toques Normandes", "Académie Nationale de cuisine" and "Eurotoques".
Members of quality charters too, "Orne terroirs" (local products) and "la normande à la table des Chefs" (normand meat), Christophe porposes to you a cooking with natural and local products, who come from the area.
All the courses are choised by the Chef, Christophe, who doesn't fail to transmit to you his passion for the French gastronomy.
The customers are host between 12:00 to 13:30
