He's member of 3 associations of Chefs : "Toques Normandes", "Académie Nationale de cuisine" and "Eurotoques".
Members of quality charters too, "Orne terroirs" (local products) and "la normande à la table des Chefs" (normand meat), Christophe porposes to you a cooking with natural and local products, who come from the area.
All the courses are choised by the Chef, Christophe, who doesn't fail to transmit to you his passion for the French gastronomy. | | | Member of the quality charters "Orne Terroirs" and "La Normande à la table des Chefs" (meats), all the products are selected with careless, among artisanal and natural products. All of them come from the department, with further from the area of Normandy.
